My content writing experience has spanned across both B2B and B2C focused content, For the past year the main area of focus has been on a B2B content plan targeting architects.

Dapur Mariae
I have worked alongside the family who runs Dapur Mariae, brainstorming blog post topics, selecting pictures to be used. Since I started helping with their blog the number of readers has nearly tripled, although due to the Covid-19 situation the blog is currently inactive.
The theme of this blog is food and family, so all the posts follow this and have an informal friendly voice. There are weekly blog posts, one of which is a recipe of the month, then topics are covered such as the background of the family who runs the business and the top ten Malaysian cooking ingredients.
Below are some examples of posts, which are currently posted on their Vistaprint site which doesn't allow much freedom with the layout of the posts. However the posts will be moved to their new site created with Wix (due to launch soon), which will enable me to make the posts more visually appealing and easy to read.

Pieces created for my degrees.
I have a BA Journalism with Media Studies degree, which covered great skills such as using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (see PDF of a magazine pages created using Adobe software by me and a team of other students to the right).
This piece of university work also aided in growing my ability to work well as part of a team, and by working on solving disagreements between team members this helped to teach me about conflict resolution.
Studying Journalism also taught me to write griping articles (a PDF of one of my articles written with The Guardian in mind, can be found by clicking the paperclip to the left).
Many skills learned from writing articles can be transferred to writing blog posts that customers enjoy and engage with. For example; doing research, sourcing relevant images and interviewing people.
